for the price I am extremely happy with what I got; however, I have just had it for a short amount of time. I went to Japan for 2 weeks and was satisfied with the pictures that resulted. I could walk up to the subject I was shooting and (being 2-10 feet away - depending upon the size)and get the entire object in the frame. It is definitely fun to play with.
