Customer Review: best quality/price on budget lens
For my budget I think this is the best telephoto lens with image stabilization. I took about 500 pictures so far and I'm really happy with the clarity of the pictures taken even at 250mm. I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem in future but when IS is used and the camera button is half pressed a motor noise is coming out from the lens.

Customer Review: Good for the MONEY.
for the price I am extremely happy with what I got; however, I have just had it for a short amount of time. I went to Japan for 2 weeks and was satisfied with the pictures that resulted. I could walk up to the subject I was shooting and (being 2-10 feet away - depending upon the size)and get the entire object in the frame. It is definitely fun to play with.

Customer Review: Great Backpack for the Size
I bought this kit mainly for the pack. The cleaning system is mostly throwaway, as expected, but still cheaper than buying the lenspens' separately. My Canon 40D with a 70-200 lens fits nicely, even with a 1.4x extender mounted and the accessory bag in place. There is room for a couple more lenses in there as well. The rear loading takes a little getting used to. Nothing wrong with it, just years of ingrained memory with a front loading pack to overcome. After using it, you wonder why all packs aren't this way. It makes total sense and not worrying about putting the dirty side of the pack on your back is a nice relief. With the waist belt in place, you can safely un-shoulder the bag and swing it around for access without completely removing. My reasons for not giving a perfect five star rating are as follows. The bag is a bit too narrow. This limits internal storage such that only one side of center is usable for lenses; the other side is only wide enough for small accessories. The narrow width also means you can't reach the water bottle while the bag is shouldered. This may not be an issue for a small framed person, but I have broad shoulders and don't even come close to reaching. The side pocket for CF cards and such is a bit too tight. Also, because the zipper doesn't go all the way down, access to the bottom is slightly restricted. This was an intentional design choice to retain the sturdy bottom tray but worth noting. On the plus side, in addition to the rear loading, this pack is very well constructed. The padding is ample and firm, the carry handle is great, and the shoulder straps are comfortable. There appears to be some kind of rigid material in key places to help retain the pack's shape. The pack feels sturdy enough that you could toss it across a parking lot and your gear would still be fine, not that I recommend doing so. The bottom tray is sturdy and flat, allowing the pack to stand upright and remain stable, even when loaded. Overall, a great pack for a small amount of gear.

I purchased this adapter because several reviews of the Canon adapter weren't so great. I have found this adapter to be well made and have a very good fit both on the camera and the tele-converter. I have the Canon tele-converter (TC-DC58D). After attaching this adapter to the lens, you can use the lens' original rear cap on the lens adapter and the entire assembly fits into the bag that came with the TC-DC58D. Very slick. You should also note that the picture is not accurate. The adapter isn't tapered and it's a two-part adapter (like the Canon). Although I have no idea why it's a two-part adapter.

The adapater works fine, however you must use the proper lenses. Previous generation lenses (S21S, S31S) will screw on to the lens but will interfere with the operation of the G10 camera. This is important if you are considering upgrading from the S2is camera. BTW, the G10 has an awesome wide angle and with the 15.4 MP resolution, don't worry about cropping to pull in the image.

This is an excellent camera bag and completely adaptable for Canon Rebel camera models. The quality is excellent too. It gets used on an almost daily basis and I have only one complaint. The shoulder strap slips when I wear a Landsend Classic Squall jacket (Supplex nylon). Not a problem with cotton materials. I could fix it with a homemade snap on strap cover, if I wasn't so lazy.

I have three things to say about the bag: 1. it is roomy, padded, can fit a camera + extra lens + filters + cleaning kit and still have space left... 2. IT IS AWESOME: a) I left it on the beach and started walking, by the time I came back, the waves came to it, dragged it a little bit on the sand and toppled it over. I was very afraid, I ran down to it, opened it up and guess what? ALL THE CONTENTS WERE DRY!!!! :) :) the camera, the filters, the lens... everything! I was SO SO SO SO happy :) b) I was shooting pictures on a hill, and it was foggy and slippery, so on my way down, I slipped, knocked the ground hard and slid a bit (my bag did the same :) ). NOTHING BROKE :) the bag is really nicely padded and will keep your contents safe If I ever buy another bag... I will buy the SAME bag. 3) You don't have to go for $100+ bags to get PROTECTION... most of them will get you STYLE. That being said, the bag is NOT a stylish bag... it is kinda boxy and clunky and all... but if you ask me, it gets the job done... and I happen to be of the opinion that the job of the bag is to protect the contents, not to be flashy. Thanks!

Customer Review: Tamrac 3535 camera bag not as it appears
Definitely way smaller a bag that it looks like online. The camera and 1 of the lenses barely fits and forget putting another lens in it. Naturally the included tripod does not fit, but the rest of the things a serious photog would need will be seriously cramped. My fault for going by how big it "looked"...but beware, things are not always as they appear.
